The lead time depends on the transformer's type, capacity, and the complexity of the customization. Typically, the lead time for standard distribution or power transformers is 8 weeks; however, the production cycle for highly customized, large-scale specialized transformers (such as large-capacity ferroalloy furnace transformers or rectifier transformers)—as well as products requiring special certifications—takes approximately 12 to 16 weeks.

The main transformer unit and its accessories are packed using high-strength, seaworthy packaging, and are equipped with comprehensive measures for moisture protection, rust prevention, and three-dimensional shock absorption (such as the installation of 3D shock recorders). We collaborate with professional international logistics partners to ensure the safe delivery of equipment to your project site, utilizing either breakbulk or Ro-Ro vessels.

Yes, we do. We maintain a highly experienced global service team. In addition to providing 24/7 remote technical support, we can dispatch professional engineers to your overseas project site to offer installation guidance, on-site testing, and live commissioning services.

We typically offer a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of successful on-site commissioning, or 18 months from the date of shipment (whichever occurs first). Depending on the specific project contract, we can also provide extended warranty services.
