This 110kV oil immersed regulating rectifier transformer is a heavy-duty oil immersed rectifier transformer with grey painted welded steel tank, conservator oil tank mounted on the top side, robust base skid for lifting and transportation.
The core and coil adopt high-grade silicon steel sheet and special multi-phase shift winding design, immersed in insulating mineral oil, with ONAN / ONAF / OFAF cooling modes.
As a high voltage rectifier transformer, it converts high voltage AC power from grid to precise controllable DC power.
This transformer rectifier unit is custom built for heavy non-linear industrial loads such as electrolysis, metal refining, smelting, traction power and DC transmission.
Our company is a reliable rectifier transformer manufacturer, capable of customized voltage class, pulse number, tap changer and winding configuration.
Compared with generic transformers, our oil immersed regulating rectifier transformer withstands heavy harmonic current, high short-circuit force and continuous 24-hour heavy load operation, with low stray loss and long service life, bringing excellent total cost performance for large industrial projects.

Packaging, Warranty & Certifications
Packaging:
This oil immersed regulating rectifier transformer is assembled in heavy-duty welded steel tank, filled with dry nitrogen for long-distance sea transportation. Conservator, radiators, bushings and control cabinets are separately packed in solid wooden crates. The whole transformer is mounted on heavy load skid base for lifting and shipment. All spare parts and technical documents are packed separately to prevent transit damage.
Quality Assurance & Warranty:
18 months warranty after shipment or 12 months after commissioning, whichever comes first. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, excluding damage caused by improper installation, overload and wrong operation. We provide lifetime remote technical support for this high voltage rectifier transformer and transformer rectifier unit.
Testing & Documentation:
As a professional rectifier transformer manufacturer, our oil immersed rectifier transformer complies with IEC 60076, IEEE and GB standards. We can provide full set of factory test reports, construction drawings and technical datasheets. Third-party inspection before delivery is acceptable.

Yes. We can customize rated voltage, pulse number, tap changer mode, valve-side current and winding configuration according to your technical specification. The oil immersed regulating rectifier transformer can be tailored for electrolysis, smelting, traction or DC transmission projects. Please share your datasheet for quotation.
We offer ONAN, ONAF, OFAF cooling methods. Selection depends on your site ambient temperature, altitude and load requirements. Our engineer will recommend the most cost-effective cooling solution for your transformer rectifier unit.
We adopt phase-shift multi-pulse winding design inside the oil immersed regulating rectifier transformer. Harmonic currents offset each other internally, lowering harmonic feedback to the grid and improving the system power factor. This is one core advantage of our oil immersed rectifier transformer.
As a rectifier transformer manufacturer, we supply complete factory test reports, outline drawings, wiring diagrams, operation manuals and material certificates. Third-party inspection before shipment is acceptable.
Warranty is 18 months after shipment or 12 months after commissioning (whichever comes first). We provide lifelong remote technical guidance. Our engineers can be arranged for on-site commissioning guidance for this transformer rectifier unit.
